Is A-Resose a physical shop?

No, we are a webshop and you can only order from us online (now).
Does A-Resose have a visiting address?

No, the address indicated here is not a visiting address.
Can I send an order anonymously?

The order is always sent without an invoice. The recipient only knows who the parcel is from, unless a card with name is added.
When will my order be delivered?

Our personalised products are shipped within 2-4 working days.
What should I do if I have received a product that is damaged?

Send an e-mail to info@a-resose.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. Damages to a received parcel, can be reported within a maximum of 5 working days.
Can my order be delayed?

We will do our best to avoid delays, if it does occur we will contact you by e-mail for a new delivery date.
My order has been delivered, but I haven't received anything?

Please contact us a.s.a.p. so we can investigate the track and trace with the carrier
