Delivery time and shipping costs

We process your order with care and attention. The delivery time depends on the composition of your package:

• Without embroidery: shipping within 2 working days, when products are in stock.
• With embroidery: processing time is 2 to 4 working days due to personalisation.

Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation and your package will be shipped or delivered in person (depending on your location).

Delivery in Almere

We deliver with care and personal attention in our own region.

To keep it sustainable and feasible, the following conditions apply:

• Free delivery within the entire municipality of Almere for orders from €25
• For orders under €25, we charge a small contribution of €2.95

We deliver on fixed days of the week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) to enable smart and environmentally friendly planning.

You will receive a time indication in advance by e-mail or WhatsApp.

Delivery outside Almere

We deliver with care and personal attention also outside Almere. For this, we charge a small fee based on distance so that we can continue to offer a personal and sustainable service.
